Love in Lockdown has some mentions of grown-up things so maybe I shouldn’t be watching it but it’s really good. It’s about a lady who is working from home in the pandemic. It is difficult talking to her workmates on Zoom because they have got pandemic brain and they can’t remember how to use their computers but it’s okay because the lady has the perfect housemate and that makes it easier for her to deal with everything. She and her housemate have so much in common and they agree on everything. But then things start to go wrong.

Digital Sharing is a series of six episodes. Each episodes has three different plays in it. Some of them are on Zoom and have lots of people in. I think all the plays so far that have used Zoom are about people who really are on Zoom. Some of them are audio monologues for one person with the words appearing on the screen.

So this is the fourth episode in the Digital Sharing series by KickItDown Productions. In every show, three writers share a short piece, which is either filmed or presented as a voice-over audio drama with text. If you want to read about the first three episodes, you must restrain your curiosity till the end of this review. Very occasionally, I say something interesting and you don’t want to miss that.

This Time Is Now begins with the three characters in separate screens. Jen appears very busy. Jamie is wandering around his home, half-dressed and uncertain. Marcus is having a drink, but there is no feeling of relaxation. He is drinking outside and drinking alone. We come to realise that the three characters work in the same establishment but are, due to lockdown, now working from home.
