This play is about Scoop who likes making new things out of rubbish and recycling. She has made a head and arms and legs for a bottle called Bertie. She tells Bertie’s story about being made into a bottle and what happens to him as he goes through life.

I think Bertie looks really nice with his head and his arms and his legs.

The actor is very good at doing the voices.

I like the way the characters are all different and they are made in different ways.

I like the idea of making things out of junk but not everyone likes junk. I think my granny might not visit us anymore if we had that much junk.

I think this is a very good story and it’s interesting finding out about what happens to things that get thrown away.

I wish Bertie had got drunk! That would have been funny as long as he didn’t fall over and break himself. I think drunk people fall over a lot

I like how the actor moves everyone’s heads when they talk so they aren’t still all the time

Bertie goes in the sewer! I bet it’s full of poo!

The octopus is brilliant!

Bertie is a good character. He is not scared of doing new things

 

I think this is an interesting story and it shows you shouldn’t throw things away because they might be useful.
