Scoop likes making things out of the things people throws away. She has even made herself a friend called Bertie who used to be a bottle. She tells stories about the things she makes and this one is about a very grumpy man called Mr Gobble who loves his garden. He is worried about his orchid because it is all droopy and he thinks he knows who has made it droopy.

I like orchids. They are very beautiful and special flowers.

Mr Gobble isn’t very kind to the mole.

Mr Gobble is quite silly but when he has a problem he thinks about what to do and that is a good thing even if he gets it wrong.

The water is very pretty. It is not real water but I like it.

This is a good story. I can’t tell you what the ending is but it is a good ending.

It is clever how Scoop made Mr Gobble! I’m not telling you what she made him out of but he looks just like a grumpy old man!

It is clever how Scoop made the mole too.

I like the way Mr Gobble says I’LL GET THAT MOLE!

I like how Bertie kept asking questions in the middle of the story. I do that to!

I like how Scoop does all the different voices.

This is a good story. I don’t like Mr Gobble very much but Scoop makes the story really intresting and I wanted to know what happened next.
